• All Beverages are chargeable at full price.
• Set Menu and discount are not available and applicable on 24 Dec 09, 25 Dec 09, 31 Dec 09,1 Jan 2010, 18 Jan 2010 and 13-15 Feb 2010.
• Not applicable with any other promotions or discounts.
• Payment of the bill is to be made at the end of the meal at the restaurant. All payment must be made by DBS/ POSB credit card.
• Reservation is non-transferable. Verification of identity may be required.
• Confirmation page serves as verification of successful reservations. In the absence of the print out, it will be considered as no reservations have been made.
• Multiple reservations within the same day will not be accepted.
• Guests who receive successful reservations are not eligible for “Pay As You Wish” for more than once on one calendar month.
• You represent that you are of legal age to use the booking facility in accordance with these terms and conditions and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this website. You are financially responsible for all uses of this website by yourself. You will supervise all usage of the booking facility under your name. You warrant that all information supplied by you and members of your household in using the booking facility are true and accurate.
• Employees of Sheraton Towers Singapore Hotel and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• The hotel reserves the rights to amend this terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate, or vary the price without notice at any time.
• The hotel’s decision on all matters relating to ‘Pay As You Wish’ promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
