Well-known for the romantic and serene ambience with its signature cascading waterfalls, rockpools and lush landscaped gardens, The Dining Room is a choice destination for a cosy dinner, hearty lunch buffet, sweet dessert afternoon or a relaxing drink and cuppa in the evenings. Located at the lobby level, The Dining Room offers exquisite international, Asian and local favourites on the menu. Our must-try signature dishes are Soya glazed gindara with braised somen, Crabmeat fried rice and Sheraton Towers Laksa served either fried or gravy style. Mouth-watering desserts that we are famous for include Chilled aloe vera jelly, Strawberry mille feuille, Mud Pie and Sheraton Towers’ own Ice Burger.
Breakfast: 6.00am to 10.30am
A lavish Inter-Continental breakfast buffet for a good start of the day. Enjoy sumptuous selection of fresh fruits, yoghurts, cereals, eggs done to your liking and a good spread of breads. A must-have is a tall glass of freshly squeezed juices specially prepared by our service ambassador, Yong Moi or Juice Lady, as she is affectionately known to all our guests.
Lunch: 12.00pm to 2.30pm
The weekday lunch buffet is the talk-of-the town. Featuring a splendid international spread including Asian exotics, Western cuisines and local favourites, patrons often return for more of the tantalising sashimi, fresh slipper lobsters and mussels, myriad hot food selection and exquisite desserts. There is also an a-la-carte menu featuring the famous Sheraton Towers Laksa, Bak Kut Teh, Mee Siam, succulent steaks, fish and chips, juicy burgers and sandwiches.

Most notable is the unique dining offer, “Design your own dinner”, available only at The Dining Room – select any appetiser and a main course from the à la carte menu, while desserts are served buffet-style. This semi-buffet concept combines the best of both worlds for a dining experience that is truly an extravagance.

The highlight at the scrumptious dessert corner has to be the durian pengat, hand-made with palm sugar, fresh mousse and a generous dollop of fresh durian pulp.
On Sunday afternoons, indulge in an extensive international and local spread of appetizers, dim sum, entrees, barbecued items and lovable desserts. Look forward to our live stations serving Sashimi, Roasted Beef & duck among many other delectable offerings.
